Found on Giudecca island, L’Ulivo is the main restaurant of the exclusive Il Palladio oasis resort: a magical and bucolic atmosphere for candlelit dinners amid lush green gardens in a XVI century patio. Organic ingredients blended with sea flavors. Day lunch break in the comfort of the rose garden.
Its menu focuses on light and savoury dishes made with organic ingredients, all of which strictly follow the “carbon neutral” principle – fresh seafood from local markets, the freshest, ripest seasonal fruit used in the delicious homemade cakes, and a selection of wines from the nearby Friuli region.
At L’Ulivo, guests may choose whether to dine in the dining room, with its charming open kitchen, or outdoors on the patio, nestled in the beautiful backdrop of the gardens.
L’Ulivo is open to guests of THE BAUERs and also to non-patrons from March to late October.
