Transportation
The Palladio Hotel & Spa is located on the Giudecca island facing St. Mark's Square. It's easily accessible by either private or public transport.
The Bauer's BMare, our electro-solar shuttle service is available for guests going either to or from the Bauer Palladio to the Bauer Hotel (St. Mark). The shuttle runs daily around the clock.
From the railway station or from the Piazzale Roma, there is a Vaporetto (water bus) available every ten minutes. Of course, the hotel can arrange a private transfer from or to the hotel. The closest point to the hotel that is reachable by car (and the only place in Venice where you can drive) is Piazzale Roma.
From Piazzale Roma (car parking garage) or Santa Lucia railway station to the hotel:
Private water taxi directly to the hotel dock: about 40 minutes
- Take the official transportation boat, Alilaguna, to San Marco: about 1 hour 15 minutes and from San Marco the Vaporetto Line 2 to the "Zitelle" stop (Giudecca Island) in front of the hotel
